The Steering Group, formed from the Members, helps determine the Forum’s work programme and future direction					The Management Team is the professional executive which manages and facilitates the operation of the Forum
	Members share information, experience and ideas and provide the funds necessary to deliver the work programme				Members choose the projects in which they would like to participate actively through project work groups
Each project results in one or more deliverables. Members receive these outputs regardless of whether they have participated in the associated project work group. Forum solutions are both innovative and practical, grounded in the experience of Members
