The reward technology forum was established in 2002 by Peter Newhouse & Co in partnership with TraQs Consulting.
The purpose of the forum is to provide a research and development platform for compensation management and initiate forward planning by allowing the membership to identify and address issues that will confront their business in the future.
Issues identified and prioritised by forum members are examined from a business perspective by Project Work Groups with particular interest or expertise in the subject. The forum is managed by an experienced and technically capable team with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
The success of the forum is due to its innovative and collaborative nature. Rather than being just an industry discussion group the rtf provides tangible solutions that the members can use within their organisations.
The forum is dedicated in furthering the art of compensation management.
