The aim of the Reward Technology Forum (RTF) is to build a collaborative environment in which reward professionals from diverse backgrounds can create innovative, usable solutions to common, member - identified, reward issues.
By combining our expertise and analysis, we generate the thought leadership that leads to innovative solutions.
This benefits member organisations and raises the profile of reward as a professional discipline, while giving practitioners valuable opportunities to contribute, interact and grow.
The Reward Technology Forum (RTF) was established in 2002 by Peter Newhouse & Co in Partnership with TraQs Consulting.
The Reward Technology Forum’s annual conference is being held this year at The City of London Club, on Wednesday the 7th November. Attendance is open to Forum members and invited guests only.
The objective of the day is to explore the linkage between Pay and Performance Management. We will look at:
- short and long term incentive plans
- individual and collective performance drivers
- the differentiation of results (what you did) from behaviours and values (how you did it)
Participants will have the opportunity to work together in a series of interactive case study sessions, which will investigate the application of different approaches to pay and performance management in different types of organisation.
Our aim is for delegates to leave the event with:
- a better understanding of long term trends in pay and performance management
- a broader and deeper perspective on how pay can improve performance
