Having defined key financial performance indicators and qualify factors, the bonus registry helps manages examine the relationship between incremental levels of performance and incremental levels of reward.
By clearly stating the linkages between performance and reward, the bonus registry facilitates the communication and prioritisation of strategic objectives throughout the organisation.
The performance measurement capability of the bonus registry provides the organisation with a sharp focus on performance improvement. The rewards associated with incremental performance levels provide staff with a clear incentive to outperform.
Maintaining a clear linkage between bonus awards and performance enables the organisation to manage bonus accruals more effectively.
